Justin Henderson - Chief Executive Officer
Justin grew up in a small village south of Pittsburgh, PA. Growing up in a small community helped establish his work ethic and sense of giving oneself to your community. With the military in his bloodline, tracing back generations, he joined the Marine Corps Reserves after high school. He spent six years in the U.S. Marines Corps Reserves as a Motor Transport Operator and Automatic Rifleman. While in the Reserves, he earned his Economics degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Justin has spent the last 18 years helping corporate hiring authorities better understand how to evaluate and attract military-experienced talent. He helps both veteran job seekers and those looking to hire veteran talent to understand how current economic markets are impacting those goals. He is the host of ‘The Veteran Hiring Show’ and a LinkedIn top voice on salary negotiations. You may have seen him appear on local and national media as a veteran hiring subject matter expert across the country.

Meet Justin

Devra Henderson - Chief Operating Officer

Devra is the daughter and granddaughter of U.S. Army veterans and married to a Marine. She’s spent the last two decades in national corporate communications and operations.
For the last seven years, she ran her own communications firm helping those in the veteran recruiting space. In that work, she found her passion for helping organizations understand the value of military talent. Devra’s areas of expertise include: internal communications, change management, storytelling, media training, national media, strategic communications, c-suite communications, brand building, and social media amplification.
When she’s not helping to connect hiring authorities with veteran talent you can find Devra playing pickleball, kickball, traveling, driving children to sports activities, or chasing after her husband, one of her three children, or two dogs.
